Sir in the paper M/J 20 3)b) I was wondering if using words such as- “we will be adopting Miobed approach as cited in the business tomorrow magazine” “changing form functional structure to matrix where all of you will be collaborating with individuals from across the organisation etc” could probably lead me to lose some professional marks ( here communication skills)?
I mean when talking to employees we should not be using jargons?
If the company is going to be using a particular system and wants ro keep employees properly informed, I think it has to name the system. However, it needs to be explained otherwise, as you say, it’s just jargon. So here, after your sentence write:
Miobed stands for:
M…….
I……
E…..
O……..
B……
E……
D……
Line would have a very, very brief description: not long because it just repeats what’s in the question.
