Under the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, which of the following applies if the buyer is in fundamental breach of contract but has paid for the goods?

1.The seller may declare the contract avoided if the buyer was late in paying

2.The seller may declare the contract avoided if they did so before they knew that the buyer had paid

3.The seller may not declare the contract avoided

    Is 1 correct

I don’t understand the question! If the buyer is in fundamental breach but has already paid, why is the seller getting involved?

No, I don’t understand the question at all
