In relation to the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, which of the following atements is true?
1. It cannot be applied if one party to a contract is located in a state which has not signed it
2.Countries can opt out of specific sections or articles if they choose to do so
3.It is binding in all countries that are members of the United Nations
Is 2 the correct answer
For option 1, if the non-contracting-state party wishes volunrtarily to accept the Convention, that would be OK so option 1 is incorrect
For option 3, contracting parties may opt in or opt out of the Convention, so this option is also incorrect
OK?
OK so 2 thank u so much sir
