Hello, I have a question in 25 Hudson of BPP kit (version 2022).
At the restructuring provision, I am quite confused if entity should make restructuring provision ?.
Entity has:
(1): Hold meeting between board & directors to make decision about restructuring
(2): Informed to its expected validation (staffs….).At first glance, I think the entity meets the conditions to make restructuring provision but the question if detail plans have given ?, I am confused about this, The question may not be clear if the meeting has concluded the detail plans for restructuring.
I read the answer but I still not understand if entity should make provision.

Always a judgement call – in my answer I would say that PROVIDED THAT A DETAILED PLAN HAS BEEN PRODUCED AT OR AFTER THE MEETING>>>>>SET UP A PROVISION.
Second condition has definitely been met.
The main thing as always is that you’ve typed out the conditions.
