Would like to apply for a mitigating circumstances, please advice

Good morning Sir,

I have experienced a difficult circumstance right prior my exam setting date which has affected my exam performance. Hence, would like to write to ACCA to consider my circumstance while marking and issuing the final mark

On 23 Feb 2022 my uncle was admitted to the hospital until his death on 3rd March 2022 (evening). In our country we stay for funeral for 3 days which started on 4th and ended on 6th March 2022 these days and since his admission days gone without rest and sleep even on the exam date I have arrived late and I had no Idea that I can inform the invigilator of the reason

I have the following evidences to support my statement (official Death certificate, Hospital/ medical report and proof of attendance in funeral (for two days, in Arabic, as the governate doesn’t issue for 3 days and doesn’t issue in English version, thus also will attach the translation)

Can you please advice if that is enough and i can submit to the ACCA being the fact affected my performance
