The following has been copied from the relevant section of ACCA’s contact us pages:
We’re sorry if you experienced technical issues with your remote exam.
ONLY students who experience TECHNICAL issues are permitted to withdraw their exam and will be required to provide information on the technical issues. Students who do not attempt to check-in for their exam or who do not experience technical issues during the exam will not be permitted to withdraw.
The quickest way to withdraw your exam is to self-serve via myACCA https://myacca.accaglobal.com
It is important to note by selecting this withdrawal option that your exam will not be marked or reinstated.
For help in completing the self-serve process you can watch our short video help guide https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/about-our-exams/remote-exams/remote-session-exams/on-exam-day/remote-session-exam-withdrawal-videos.html
Once submitted you’ll receive instant confirmation.
Please don’t submit more than one request for each exam.
The deadline for technical withdrawals is SATURDAY 19 March 2022.
March 10, 2022 at 9:44 am #650775i was never able to click launch as a could not access the site, so the option to withdraw is not available to me.
March 10, 2022 at 9:51 am #650776@Blackrosepanda – you need to contact ACCA Connect https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/footer-toolbar/contact-us.html
Please let the forum know how you get on – if you can share advice
March 11, 2022 at 2:24 pm #651025I was unable to launch exam today. So can I rebook it still as I cant see rebook option as of now.
March 11, 2022 at 3:24 pm #651028@Frooti – you need to contact ACCA Connect https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/footer-toolbar/contact-us.html as “self-serve” rebooking appears to be only available if you actually got as far as launching the exam
March 11, 2022 at 4:01 pm #651032Hello, you need to contact ACCA connect and tell them about your problem. They generally answer after 48 hours and they will give you the option to rebook or withdraw. The sooner you inform them the better as there are deadlines regarding rebooking or withdrawals. It happened to me before, I was given the option to rebook. Hope you get a retest. All the best!

March 12, 2022 at 6:02 am #651107Form is not working
March 12, 2022 at 4:48 pm #651172You can contact Connect by phone us on +44(0) 141 582 2000 (7am-10pm, Monday to Friday, UK time) or email students@accaglobal.com and a dedicated member of the Connect team will be on hand to answer your queries at any time of the year.
OR it says at the bottom of the information where perhaps you have been trying to send a form:
If you do not wish to self serve and would like one of our advisers to support you with the process please call us on 4008333338 (Monday to Friday 8am until 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:30am until 6pm)
March 12, 2022 at 4:50 pm #651173AND @Frooti please READ the posts on this thread – the most likely reason why you can’t see rebook option is because you were unable to launch the exam
March 14, 2022 at 6:03 am #651241SAME FOR ME, IT IS NOT WORKING
March 14, 2022 at 8:23 am #651255I don’t know what you mean “it’s not working” – if you want to follow a standard procedure e.g. to withdraw you follow the steps for “self service” – there is no option to submit the form in this case. The query – how to withdraw is answered by the instructions for self-service – and below that you will see the contact details I posted above if you don’t want to self-serve.
