There is a huge amount of theory for performance measurement in kaplan text book. Is is necessary for me to study all that? or is open tuition notes on performance measurement enough to answer the exam questions on that topic?

Please do not ask for answers “as soon as possible”. I always answer within 24 hours (and usually much sooner) but we do not sit at the computer for 24 hours a day 🙂
Our free lectures and lecture notes combined cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well (provided, of course, that you also practice every question in your Revision Kit).
There is no point at all in using the notes on their own – they are lectures notes and it is in the lectures that I explain and expand on the notes.
