in lot of business valuation question they ask for the adddtional value created through acquisition?
DOUBT – so in these type of question do we have to ALWAYS
(value of individual company prior to acquisition)
–
(value of both the company + synergy after acquisition)= addition value created
DOUBT – do we have to alwasy follow this method\
