    once you complete all the 13 acca exam and also complete the acca EPSM model do u get an certificate which say you are an ACCA affiliate would you be considered an ACCA fresher? or do u need to complete the PER to get a job as an ACCA fresher

    You are an affiliate after completing exams – you need to complete both EPSM and PER to apply for membership.

    “ACCA fresher” seems to be a term used in India – in such context as I can find this expression used by browsing on the internet it seems to mean “newly qualified” – I suggest you ask a local recruitment agency if you can’t confirm elsewhere.
