Due to the time constraints on this exam, it may happen that we need to leave calculations and write so that we can earn some marks for our written portion. My strategy if I’m spending too much time on calculations:
1. Stop calculations and write down an assumption
2. Base any written portion then on those assumptions.Therefore I need to breakdown my time per question into calculations and written.
Does anyone know the average number is marks in the AFM exam for the written content and the calculations? That way I can apportion time accordingly.
