Is effective budgeting examined in paper PM?
I have seen a question in the Kaplan revision kit that says “what is meant by effective budgeting” which is for only 3 marks. However, there is no mention of effective budgeting in the syllabus. Should we study this topic?

There is no special term called effective budgeting. It is asking what is needed for the budgeting to be effective (i.e. useful for the business).
