Badr is available whether a company is UNQUOTED trading company or a quoted one, however investor’s relief is only for UNQUOTED ones ( and obviously the other conditions applicable) ?
In some questions i saw UNQUOTED was not mentioned but in the solution it was assumed as unquoted company
Is there some underlying assumption here that im not aware of ?
What you say is correct but only PLC’s can be quoted – without seeing the question I cannot be sure – but I assume a question would have said that the company was A Ltd which means it must be unquoted
