There’s no strike price given for options. Yet in the solution the exercise prices are taken as 94.25 and 95.25. How did they do that?
It is a typing (or printing) mistake.
The two strike prices should have been listed in the column headed up ‘strike price’ in the table showing the premiums. For some reason they haven’t appeared in the published article. I will inform the ACCA of the error 🙂
