    maam when writing out steps for ways to manage conflict of interest then do we need to mention steps in EXACT ORDER ?

    and are there any specific questions in AA in section B where we need to keep the order of points in mind?

    You have a commonsense order of considerations in the notes on page 22:

    Identify the threat (name it) to the fundamental principle(s) – name them too.

    Can the conflicted by eliminated? Say how.

    If not, are there safeguards that would reduce the threat to an acceptable level? What are they? (There’s no point applying safeguards if they don’t “do the job”.)

    If safeguards can’t do the job – something has to “give” – e.g. decline to accept the audit appointment.
