The company’s factory and warehouse are based on one large site, and their year?end is 30 June 20X6. Quartz is planning to undertake a full inventory count at the year?end of its raw materials, work in progress and finished goods and you will be attending this count.

    TOC:
At the year?end visit attempt to access with the code which was supplied during the inventory count.

maam i find this TOC very strange and self contradicting. the yr end date and inventory count date are same! so how does this TOC make sense?

As it is written against the control “Upon completion of the count the access code should be changed.” I think by “year-end visit” they mean the visit to audit the year-end – i.e. the final audit visit. As opposed to simply the stocktake visit.
