The following statement is given as false
The cost driver for quality inspection is likely to be batch size
How can batch size not be a cost driver for quality inspection
Pls helpIt would help to see the entire question for me to be more specific.
However if the inspection is being carried out on whole batches (rather than on each individual unit) the the driver will be the number of batches and not how big each batch is.
More batches will mean more inspections and therefore more cost.
