Dear sir,
A management information system producing management accounts showing margins for individual customers is suited to all levels of management
The above statement is given as true
I dont understand how as it only will be useful to tactical management

Thank youIt will be useful for tactical management, but also for other levels. For example, they may develop more strategic plans as to how to better target customers giving large margins in the future.
