Hello sir ! Can you please guide me the difference between the DISCUSS , ASSES & COMMENT on the performance
Like in which of the above we just have to write about performane and in which we have to give opinion/advice ??Discuss is stating what the performance measures are there for (e.g. in order to try and see if customers are more happy or less happy with what we are doing).
Assess is to actually provide measures of how well or badly we are performing (e.g. have customers been complaining or returning goods more or less than in the past?)
Comment is to state overall whether you think that the company is performing well or badly, and why you think what you do.
