Hi John, i hope u are doing well. May I know how do u get the profit of 37808 for actual performance?
The sales revenue is $613,200.
The cost of production is 609,392. The closing inventory is 500 units at $68 = $34,000. so the cost of sales is 609,392 – 34,000 = 575,392.
Therefore the profit is 613,200 – 575,392 = $37,808.
It would seem that you are not watching the lectures that go with the notes because I work through all the examples and explain everything.
Using the notes on their own is a complete waste of time – they are not a study text (only lecture notes) and it is in the lectures that I explain and expand on the notes.
If you are not watching the lectures for any reason then you need to buy a Study Text from one of the ACCA Approved Publishers and study from that.
ok got it, thank you sir.
You are welcome 🙂
