Hello sir . Can you please tell me how to find which one is qualitative or quantitative performance measure . Like i though volume of customer complaints , repeat business , defective products per batch these are qualitative but in answer its quantitative
How to know which one is what?
Quantitative measures are ones that can be expresses in numbers (so for example the volume of complaints is measurable as a number and so it quantitative).
Qualitative measures are ones which subjective in that they are someones opinion as opposed to something that can be measured as a number.
