    sir my doubt is with regards to columbia co. M/J 21.

    All “veto” rights are considered to be protective rights? or in this case its protective because it only relates to “changes in AoA and auditors matter”?

    Control = you can tell the other person what to do. If you think you can tell them what to do…………it’s a subsidiary. They only expect you to write a sentence.

    If you are interested in protective rights you can read the examiner’s answer – but bear in mind that candidates won’t produce all that detail.

    As I keep saying – in order to pass……….explain things simply and move on. The reason that people fail is that they become obsessed with detail and then run out of time.
