Unable to log into MyACCA

Hi all. I seem to be having issues logging into MyACCA. I’ve tried to reset the password but I receive an error sending the email, and if I try to remind myself of the username I also receive an error. I have contacted ACCA, but with the deadline to register for exams being on Monday, I am conscious that they 2 working days to reply. Has anyone else come across this or is it just an error at my end? Thanks!
