The lecture covering Sequence of distribution of assets in a liquidation, Prescribed Part under Chapter 14: Liquidation and Assessing risk for money laundering purposes, Initial Client Risk Assessment and a couple of more topics under Chapter 15: Illegalities aren’t available, is it available on a different website or there isn’t a lecture on the afore mentioned topics. Kindly do reply.
P.S: The topics mentioned above are covered in the notes but the lectures(online videos) are not available.
There is no need for lecture , These are very simple Concepts . In notes these re explained very nicely. Prescribed part , Sequential Asset distribution in liquidation and Illegality topics. Just read them and learn. I already given F4 and That was very enough to read these topics from notes.
