Hello mam this is an mcq question which I’m unable to understand the answer.
Question : When an order is ready to send out, the sales department inputs the details into their system and if it matches the order a good outward note is produced and the invoicing department is notified automatically. Staff have experience multiple issues of goods outward notes not matching on the system and have often resorted to simply printing the order and using it as a good outward note. The printed order is then taken to invoicing department for invoicing.
QUESTION: your audit junior has identified 4 possible risks arising from the use of the printed order as a good outward note and subsequent hand delivery to invoicing department.
Which 2 of the below risk arise from the identified system deficiency?
    A. Orders are not fulfilled.
    B. Goods are sent out but not invoiced.
    C. Goods are invoice but not sent out.
    D. wrong goods are sent to customer.
Why the answer is B and not C?

This is not a past exam question and it is really convoluted, so I don’t think you should worry about it.

The clue is in this “and subsequent hand delivery to invoicing department” – so because raising invoices is no longer automated, the printed orders could be lost.
