Qn 1: Assess the secrecy option in an ethical decision-making lens.

I interpreted this question as making an assessment on the secrecy option specifically if the company decides to take this option instead of the licensing option. But the answer focuses on assessing the decision to use the sink method instead of the current method. Is my interpretation incorrect or should i evaluate on both perspective in my answer?
