What if the ten year old is ending in May 2021 submission and submitting RAP in it and after that if Godforbid a person is fail have to resubmit in November 2021, then what the rule says provided the person has passed first of last three exam since June 2017? Can he be eligible to resubmit in November 2021 regarding if he has passed his 3 exams in last 5 years?
