In aggressive approach of both financing and investment policy of working capital, will the organization have liquidity problems?
Not necessarily. There is more risk that they may end up with liquidity problems, but it certainly does not have to be the case.
Working Capital is basically the net current assets so it is (inventory + cash + receivables) – (account payables + overdraft ) right?
