Validity of the KAPLAN books

Sir,
Can I use the KAPLAN exam kit and the study text which is valid till June 2021 for the September 2021 exam? Will there be changes in the syllabus?

It is fine to use those books.
The only change to the syllabus is an addition of a section stressing the importance of being able to deal with the computer based exam. This has been added to the syllabus for all the exams and does not require any extra learning.
