Hello, I have a little confusion over the wording:
if no place is specified, implied terms apply
? if carriage of the goods is involved in the contract, the seller’s obligation ceases when
the goods are delivered to the carrier ( or first carrier if more than one is involved ) –>> CLEAR
? if unidentified goods are in the seller’s inventory, the seller’s obligations are complete
upon placing the goods at the buyer’s disposal
? if specific goods are involved, again, the seller’s obligations are complete upon placing
the goods at the buyer’s disposal. So, does it mean that: If there is no carriage involved, does not matter if goods is unidentified or identified, seller’s obligations ceased when goods are at buyer’s disposal. And what does buyer’s disposal mean? Does it mean that goods are available to pickup at seller’s place?
Thank you

Yes you are right in that if there is no carriage involved and therefore no carrier involved then the sellers obligation ceases when goods are the buyers disposal. This essentially means it has been delivered at the “place” specified in the contract.
I hope this clarifies.
Kind regards,
Vijay
