Pls can someone explain in details how to go about ACCA exemption especially the transcript part,since the institution states that no academic transcript will be sent to the individual’s email.

You’ll then be taken to a “Getting ready for your exemptions application page”.
If your qualification documents do not “include transcripts/marksheets detailing the subjects/module codes and the marks achieved” your application for exemption will not be successful – so a waste of time. If your issue is with how you obtain a transcript from your institution you have to take it up with the institution (!)
