Are there any chances of question from corporate goverance and / or ethics question may come in section b of the exam ?
Short answer – yes there are chances.
Definitely not “predominantly” – see https://www.accaglobal.com/in/en/student/exam-support-resources/fundamentals-exams-study-resources/f8/technical-articles/approach-sept16.html
However, 5 marks (for example) of a 20/30 mark Q might be on one of these topics – especially if not covered in Section A (otherwise there would not be coverage of the entire syllabus). For example, see part (d) of D16 Q18 on ethics (5 marks).
