    Hi sir, its me again! sorry if u feel annoyed with me 🙁 but i really need ur help.

    If listed company acquire unlisted company, why listed co need to pay higher price per share?
    what happen if listed co acquire unlisted? is it because the share price of listed company is higher than unlisted co?
