Hello Sir, can i know for which type of requirements do we need to prepare an answer in tabular format?
For example, in question Smartwear March/June 2019 can i answer Q1(b) and Q3 in tabular format?

Absolutely. In fact, this is this is the normal format format for auditors’ management letters where they point out problems with internal control in column 1, explain the possible effects in column 2 and how to fix it in column 3.
Q3 is, to all intents and purposes, an auditing question and I would definitely use columns. Easy to understand and no danger of leaving out the improvements.
Q1(b) is broadly similar (risks and their mitigation) and I would myself probably have gone into columns there too.
Use your judgement, but certainly anything like:
Problems/solutions
Problems/effectscan be answered very well in columns.
