No, because normally you will include in the calculation the initial cost and any scrap proceeds. The difference between the two is equal to the total depreciation and so to include depreciation as well would be including it twice 🙂
But if there is no initial cost & scrap proceeds are given then, we have to include depreciation cost in the life cycle costing. Is that true?
