If I had become an acca affiliate 3 years back and just finished recording completing the required objectives and have completed 5 years with current employer and 3 years with previous employer,so in order to get my membership should I get my PER signed from previous employer as well or current employer will do as I have 5 years experience with the current employer.

Do I need to record PER right from the first employer or not compulsory?

No you don’t need first employer experience to be all recorded – you would only need any record of that if there are objectives that you met with your first employer that you haven’t met with your more recent employer.

    Hi all,

I recently cleared my last ACCA paper and applied for membership. I had completed my PER in 2019 when my supervisor worked for Deloitte. So all our correspondence was on his official email. Now, he is with another company. ACCA cam back saying that he had not uploaded his ICAI membership details such as certificate and number, and have put my application on hold.

What is the best way to deal with this?

My apologies – I replied to this last week but it seems my post did not upload.

If there is not way of connecting with you supervisor to ask directly (LinkedIn) you could try contacting ICAI https://www.icai.org/post/list-of-members
