I don’t think so – see here how to book exams https://www.accaglobal.com/ca/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/enter-an-exam.html

There is a link to this page https://www.accaglobal.com/ca/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/computer-based-exams/remote-session-exams.html – remote exams are NOT a right – so if you book now you must select a centre – if it’s announced that it will not be possible to sit at a centre, you will be offered remote wherever possible.

The Covid-19 page has not yet been updated for March 2021 https://www.accaglobal.com/ca/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/covid-19-exam-availability.html

You could see what options are offered to you when you try to book through myACCA.

Thanks Mr. Kim for the referral links,

Will I able to book for remote examination in-case if I didn’t book for the CBE.
& Will ACCA update the Covid -19 page before Standard exam entry deadline?

    Thanks.

When you book for a location you don’t have a choice between paper and CBE – see here
    https://www.accaglobal.com/vn/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/computer-based-exams/strategic-professional-cbes.html
“Once Strategic Professional CBEs are offered, the paper-based exams will no longer be available in that location.” (and the same is true for applied skills)

So if a location is cancelled, ACCA offers remote (CBE only) – wherever possible. Of course not all students will be able to sit remotely because they do not have sufficiently good internet, for example.

I would certainly expect an update on centres in January – though I don’t see why it makes a difference – if the centre you book for hasn’t been cancelled by that date you can cancel your exam booking by the standard deadline.
