    Dear John,

Thank you for your great lectures. It is a blessing to be able to access this amazing material for free.

I am sitting CBE exam for the first time doing AFM.

I have been watching webminars from ACCA and they have very good suggestions and tips.

However, I have a question I´m hoping somebody can answer.

I have been practicing exam questions on CBE platform and I have been using marking option to check my answers to the ones in the platform. I noticed that when I click on the cell of my answer, the formula I had inserted is not shown, so – say – I have used spreadsheet to calculate BSO formula for a call option, if I´m in the exam, I can see what cells I have selected to do the calculation. However, when going to marking, there when I click on the cell, nothing appears.
How is the marker supposed to see (if my answer isn´t right) that the mistake was a typo error, or that I had not a clue and just typed a number on the cell?. Allocation of marks would be very different depending on that..

    Thank you.

    Kind regards,

    Isabel

The marker is able to see what formulae you have used, and so do not worry about this 🙂
