    Sorry for the delay.

    The Remuneration Committee is a subset of the board that determines executive directors’ remuneration. It consists of non-executive directors so that executive directors do not determine their own remuneration.

    The Audit Committee Remuneration is a subset of the board that liaises with both external and internal auditors. It gives more independence to the auditors compared to reporting primarily to the finance director…..who might want to conceal problems in the internal control system and the financial statements.
