Dear John,
When do we have to use APV and NPV?
Will the question specify if to use APV or NPV?
I’m really sorry its a very silly question to ask, but its confusing meAPV is the better approach when there is a significant change in the gearing.
These days the examiner virtually always specifies when he requires the APV.
