Dear Sir,
Please kindly give me an example : If an increase in the variable is needed to result in a zero MPV then the sensitivity is positive

There are examples of both positive and negative sensitivity in the examples that I work through in my lecture.
You cannot expect me to type out my lectures again here 🙂
