CBE First time sitting – 3 hour and 25 Min??

Hi,
Its my first time sitting the CBE and I noticed it says 3.25 minutes for the exam.
I just want to clarify, is this for the 10 minute read through at the start that guides you through the CBE function and that I can by pass if i have pretty much read it before? Meaning I can start at 2pm.

Or during this ten minutes am I asked to take pictures of the room where I am sitting the exam? Or does this happen before.

I want to figure out my time exactly for when I can begin the exam so I can work out how much time for each part.
