Hi sir , i would like to ask about this statement whether it is correct or incorrect ,
The costs of introducing and maintaining an activity based costing system may exceed the benefits of such a costing system
The answer is correct but i do not truly understand why it is correct. Does the word ‘may’ in the question makes the statement correct ?
Thank you sir 🙂

It is not saying that the costs will be more than the benefits, it is saying that they might be more than the benefits, which is of course true as I explain in my free lectures.
