    Dear Sirs/Madams,

Which one to prefer for international students LW( ENG) or LW(GL)? What are main differences?

    Hi Parvizjon,

Both English and Global cover many of the same key topics for example Legal Systems, Contract Law, Agency Law, Company Law and Insolvency Law.

The key difference is that the Global exam will focus more on International business transactions and Transportation and payment of international business transactions which is not covered in the English variant. The Global variant does not cover English employment law or the Tort of Negligence.

The decision is very personal and largely will be subject to where you plan to end up practising. If the intention is to base yourself in the UK then the English variant is the most appropriate choice. Both variants are equally as challenging so there is no easy option.

The English variant will put you in a solid position and opens up possibilities of where you practice geographically speaking.

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards,

    Vijay
