Hi, are “limited partnership”n “unlimited partnership” examinable?
I couldn’t find that being discussed in lectures.
Regards
Najam
Hi Najam,
Limited and Unlimited Partnerships are indeed examinable. An “Unlimited Partnership” is often referred to as a “Standard” or “Traditional” Partnership as is governed by the Partnership Act 1890. Limited Partnerships are governed by the Limited Partnership Act 1907.
I hope that clarifies.
Kind regards,
Vijay
Thanks Vijay.
My pleasure 🙂
