Hi, is “expected value” still part of the syllabus and are we likely to have questions such as this one in the Sep 20 exam? Thanks for your time 🙂
Yes, it is still in the syllabus (because it is examined in earlier exams also).
I have no idea whether or not it might be examined in the September exam, although it does not get examined in Paper FM very often at all.
