Sir for cross rate we can calculate it as JPY/ARD also right? The marking scheme has calculated it as ARD/JPY. one will be a direct quote and other being indirect. I actually calculated it as a direct quote (JPY/ARD) . will I get marks?

It doesn’t matter which way round you quote the rate. What matters is that you are doing the conversion correctly.
