Are the PM notes incomplete or they are supposed to be that way?
As I checked out the notes, there many blank spaces under many headings and titles.
Awaiting your reply as soon as possible Sir.
    Thank you

The notes are lecture notes and are to be used while watching the lectures.

In the lectures I work through all the examples in the notes and explain and expand on the notes.

As is written on the first page of the notes, it is pointless to use the notes without watching the lectures – they are not a study text. If you are not watching the lectures for any reason then you need to buy a Study Text from one of the ACCA approved publishers and study from there.
