I was booking my PM AND FM exam for September month I can’t book them it’s asking me some private access code, please please help me to book these exams ? I was booking in new Delhi a centre was also available idk what’s the problem. Please someone help me

The booking process shown in the video doesn’t include needing a private access code, so if a code is being requested to make a booking it would appear that something has gone wrong. In the ACCA replies to questions below the video, the email address given for queries is students@accaglobal.com

October 30, 2020 at 12:32 pm #593522I am also facing the same problem, has anyone got the solution to the private access code issue, I am worried dealine is Monday and ACCA call are not getting through. Also when I was trying to book I noticed that for the APM exam initially there is no option for “home” sitting as indicated in their booking video tutorial. Help/share if you managed to get through

Based on above there is no solution but to notify ACCA (see e-mail/connect-us above) and wait – there will be a lot of traffic on the site at the moment.
October 30, 2020 at 1:01 pm #593525I have finally managed to get around the access code issue, if you play around on that screen where they ask for the access code and you press the SBE-….link with your exam name, the next screen that come up will inform you not to worry about access code, so then you proceed to pick a time etc etc. I hope this helps.
But I was charged extra yet I encountered a technical fault and had to be refunded my 133 pounds, how come I have to put in extra money to top it up to 156 pounds given the circumstances??
