This topic was specified in the old related syllabus (P3) but does not appearr in the SBL syllabus.
It was simply three ways of looking at strategy as though through three lenses:
Strategy as ideas. How can the business adapt to future technology and markets.
Strategy as experience. We have been good at something, so let’s not abandon that too easily by moving to where we have little expertise.
Strategy as design. Carefully plan the organisation’s future.
All three views are necessary.
