Hi,
I am working for a approved employer under ” Professional Development” category not “Trainee development”. the question is whether i am applicable for PER 9 modules exemption?
Short answer – NO.
Per the Approved Employer Programme Handbook:
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Approval under the Professional Development stream means that ACCA recognises the learning opportunities your company provides for ACCA members to support their continuing professional development (CPD). Professional Development approval gives your ACCA members access to the Approved Employer CPD route, meaning they follow a simplified process for fulfilling their annual CPD requirement.
To claim the performance objective exemption your employer would have to be approved for Trainee Development.
